1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, the Full Time Real Estate Photographer community, or any related services provided by Cineminn Media Co. ("Company"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials provided on this site, including but not limited to the "First $1K Playbook," "Honey Pot Scripts," training videos, SOPs, and community content, are the intellectual property of Cineminn Media Co. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

3. Earnings Disclaimer

IMPORTANT:

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products and their potential. However, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.

Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas, and techniques. We do not position this product as a "get rich quick scheme." Any claims made of actual earnings or examples of actual results can be verified upon request. Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to the program, ideas and techniques mentioned, your finances, knowledge and various skills.

4. Refunds

The $37 First $1K Playbook comes with a 30-day refund, no conditions. If it isn't for you — any reason, or no reason — email info@cineminn.com within 30 days and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to prove you "tried," complete a checklist, or reach any result. You keep the materials.

Free resources — the community, downloads, and calculators — cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund on those. We do not run high-pressure sales, and we do not treat a refund request or chargeback as fraud.

5. Call Recording & Media Consent

Some sessions — including 1-on-1 strategy calls and group Q&As — may be recorded so we can improve them and occasionally share teaching clips publicly.

We will always ask your explicit permission before using any clip that identifies you in public marketing. You may decline on the call or by emailing us at any time, and we will honor it. We do not claim a right to use your likeness without your say-so.

6. Community Guidelines

Participation in the Full Time Real Estate Photographer community is a privilege. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who engages in:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or bullying of other members.
  • Spamming or unauthorized promotion of other services.
  • Sharing confidential material from inside the program to the public.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cineminn Media Co., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
